Our aerobic studio has a full program of aerobic-based classes which include a large variety of exercises. Booking is essential for all classes and if you are unable to attend a class please inform us at leisure@elfordleigh.co.uk.

Looking to unwind

If you prefer something less energetic or you want to wind down after a hard session then please book in with our resident beauty therapists. They will be more than happy to cater for all the pampering you require.
